Koppa Tengu

In Japanese mythology, Tengu can develop in two different ways. Those that are wicked and ignorant develop into ko-tengu, or small Tengu. Those who were wise and knowledgable would become dai-tengu, or big Tengu. In the kotengu family, the tiniest and those that possess the smallest spiritual energy are the koppa-tengu.

Additionally, wolves that have exceptionally long lives will eventually transform into koppa-tengu as well, next morphing into Karasu Tengu. Koppa-Tengu act as messengers for other Tengu.

Koppa Tengu returns as a persona in Persona 5 Strikers (or Persona 5 Scramble). The persona can be summoned or fused by the Protagonist (codename: Joker), the returning main character and leader of the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5.
