Nebiros

He occupies the 24th rank among the spirits of Goetia. His name was first mentioned by Johann Wier in 1583. Nebiros is the bravest high-ranking member of the damned, commanding nineteen legions of demons.

Otherwise referred to as Naberius, he assumes the form of either a quadruped, three-headed dog or a crow. Although his voice sounds hoarse, he is charismatic and pleasant. According to the Grand Grimoire, he functions as Field Marshal and Inspector General of Hell’s army.

Nebiros returns as a persona in Persona 5 Strikers (or Persona 5 Scramble). The persona can be summoned or fused by the Protagonist (codename: Joker), the returning main character and leader of the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5.
