Get Forestall and Hand of God first

As soon as you are able to purchase Miracles from Sophia in the World of Shadows, get Forestall and Hand of God. The first gives you an immense advantage when initiating battles while the second will help you get more Relics that you can sell of for money early in the game.

Divine Amalgamation

Being able to change Nahobino’s elemental affinities through essence fusion becomes very handy, especially against the game’s early bosses. Get this after learning Forestall and Godly hand as soon as possible. Divine Amalgamation becomes available from Sophia after destroying the Abscess in Hamamatsucho.

Fell Swoop

Since you will constantly be targeting enemies with skills that they are weak against, Fell Swoop is a must to acquire. You can unlock this Miracles after destroying the Abscess in Shiba Park.

Divine Garrison I and II

Divine Garrison miracles let you increase your demon stock, giving you more options when swapping out allies to gain the advantage against foes. Defeated allies can also be replaced with those in your stock which will regularly happen against tough bosses. Divine Garrison I is unlocked after destroying the Abscess in Mita while Divine Garrison II becomes available after clearing the Abscess in Hamamatsucho.

Art of Essences I

The Art of Essences is very useful as it allows Nahobino to inherit one more skill through essence fusion. This expands your options for customizing Nahobino’s pool of abilities, especially if an essence has more than 1 useful skill. The Art of Essences I is unlocked after destroying the Abscess in Mita.

Divine Proficiency I

Nahobino can only learn up to 4 skills at the start of the game so adding extra slots is always a good thing.  Divine Proficiency I is unlocked after destroying the Abscess in Mita.

Demon Proficiency I

After getting Divine Proficiency I, consider getting this Miracle to grant your allies an extra skill slot as well. Demon Proficiency I is also unlocked after destroying the Abscess in Mita.
