Shin Megami Tensei V - Alignments

As you play the main story of the game, all of the dialogue choices you’ve made will account for the post-game. Although you still have to make your final decision on your ending route, the dialogue choices will influence the reception of the post-game quest givers when Nahobino enters the end game area dungeon.

Ending Route Guide

If your alignment does not match, you have to pay 666,000 Macca to the quest giver in order to start and clear it. For example, if you choose to uphold God’s order but have little to no alignment with Abdiel and Ichiro Dazai, you must shell out the fee to pursue the subquest.
