The Create a World for Humanity Alone is a hidden ending under the Destroy the Throne Canon of Creation path which can occur after you have cleared the major demon character subquests indicated below. You should finish these quests before you face Metatron and lock in your choice at the Temple of Eternity.

Steps to Unlock the Canon of Creation Secret True Neutral Ending After Clearing the Required Subquests
Once you have cleared the quests indicated above, progress through the main story until you reach the Temple of Eternity and are able to make a choice on which ending you will get (alignment lock).
| 1 | Refuse to take the girl’s hand (right option) at the start of the game to trigger the Canon of Creation alignment routes. |

| 2 | Progress through the main story until you reach the Temple of Eternity (late-game) and defeat Metatron. |
| 3 | When you are able to choose the path (alignment lock) to take, choose “I will destroy the throne.“ |
| 4 | Progress through the story until you encounter Abdiel and defeat her. |
| 5 | Nuwa will appear after the battle, indicating that you have met the conditions (cleared all related questlines) for the fourth ending. If she does not appear, you will not get the secret ending. |
| 6 | Choose “Create a world for humanity alone.“ |
| 7 | Watch the secret ending. |
Other Requirements and Mechanics on Getting the Canon of Creation Secret True Neutral Ending
- The secret Canon of Creation “True Neutral” ending can be accessed even on the first playthrough. As such, you do not need to be in New Game Plus (NG+) to unlock it.
- You can still get the secret ending regardless of your character alignment before you lock in your final choice in the Temple of Eternity. You will, however, need to pay 666,000 Macca if you decide to go for the secret ending (by picking Destroy the Throne after defeating Metatron) if your choices in the story are not in alignment with Nuwa and Shohei Yakumo.
