Shiba Walkthrough

From where the Abscess was, turn left around the cliff and climb up to find Miman #4 sitting on the edge.
Go north for a cutscene and get Bead x1 from Amanozako.
Respond in the dialogue with Amanozako (1): Take It, Refuse, or Hesitate.
Pick up the Magatsuhi crystals near the tree to your right.
Afterwards, get Soda x2 and Powder Box x1 from the vending machines to the east.
Head for the marked location.
Respond during the dialogue with Yuzuru: It seems this is the netherworld or Maybe it’s 20 years in our future.
Respond during the dialogue with Aogami: I know or Why?
You can follow the path going west to a dead end to find a chest with Amrita Soda x2.
Head back north to where the train was and start following the tracks through the tunnel going northeast. Once you come out of the tunnel, move up the slope on your left to go up. Turn around and move along the western edge and slide down. Jump across to the roof and break the Amalgam to get 50 Glory.
Continue going north toward another leyline fount for a cutscene.

  • Respond in the dialogue with Amanozako (2): Why come with me? or What did you find?
  • Respond in the dialogue with Amanozako (3): Let her tag along or Consult with Aogami.
After the cutscene event, Amanozako will join you as a Quest Navigator. Then, feel free to heal up or save at the leyline fount. You can purchase Miracles from Sophia in the World of Shadows as well if you want. At this point, consider getting Divine Garrison I at this point to increase your demon stock (allowing you to hold more demons). Stop by Cadaver’s Hollow as well to sell any relics you have found to Gustave for money.
Head to the marked location going northwest. It is recommended to ignore the strong enemies here (Punishing Foes). Mitama (rare demons that drop rare items, EXP, and glory) will also start showing up. Be sure to know the weaknesses of each type of Mitama to defeat them. Try to sneak up on them to prevent them from running away.
Go north past the Punishing Foe (avoid fighting it for now) to reach Hamamatsucho.

Hamamatsucho – Shiba Park Walkthrough

Approach the large rock. Amanozako will then sense an item nearby where you can pick up a Life Stone x1.
Check the vending machines to get Powder Box x2 and Soda x1.
Climb up the glowing block to the left of the vending machines and move forward along the rooftops of the ruined buildings. Talk to Nekoshogun to initiate his subquest (bring him Life Stone x5).
From Nekoshogun’s location, look to your right to find another glowing block and cross to the rooftop ahead. Check behind the area to find an Amalgam containing 50 Glory.
Start heading for the Abscess to the northeast by down the buildings north. When you reach the bottom, turn around to find an opening in the building with a chest containing Ice Shard x3.
Amanozako will pick sense an item as you continue north to the Abscess. Talk to her to pick up Spyglass x1.
Check the vending machines along the eastern side of the path to get Black Tape Set x1, Soda x2, and Powder Box x1.
Head for the Abscess to the northeast and prepare to battle Mermaid.
Mermaid is weak to Fire and Elec. Take her down quickly using skills such as Agi and Zio to exploit her vulnerabilities.
Follow the path to the marked location (northwest) while observing Amanozako’s reactions to pick up Ice Dampener x2. A Mitama will also show up when she stops to sense something.
Continue going west to find a leyline fount. Use it to save or heal.
Head southwest. Move forward under the collapsed highway to find a swamp (Shiba Park). Pick up Strength Incense x1 on your right as you enter the swamp (Shiba Park). You can also talk to the Mermaid here to get The Cursed Mermaid subquest if you want. There is also a chest with Chakra Drop x2 and vending machines to get Melted Doll x1 and Black Tape Set x1.
Go back out of the swamp and climb up the collapsed highway. Talk to the Agathion to begin the Bully Breaker subquest. Then, start going west for  a cutscene.
Continue following the path until you come to an open area with a chest far ahead up a cliff. Approach it and go up to get Aogami Type-1 Essence x1.
Then, go down and follow the slope going up to the north. You should be able to see another chest further up the cliff. Run all the way toward the chest. On your way, you will some Sandmen scattered around. Look to your left to find a large rock and Miman #5. Continue to the chest and break it to get Kodama’s Essence x1.
Head all the way back down southwest and follow the next collapsed highway going up. You will spot the next Abscess to your right. Ignore it first and follow the highway all the way southwest. You will come to a dead end with two chests with Azumi’s Essence x1 and Ice Gem x3.
Backtrack down the highway and jump down to the water to your left. Approach the Abscess and get ready to battle Sudama.
Sudama is weak to Fire and Ice. Pummel it with Agi and it should go down easily.
Move ahead toward the slope stretching all the way north to reach Tokyo Tower.

Tokyo Tower Walkthrough

Interact with the leyline fount in front of Tokyo Tower.
Approach Tokyo Tower for a cutscene.
Afterwards, prepare to battle Hydra (boss).
Hydra is weak to Ice so having allies like Daemon or Obariyon with Bufu is recommended. You can also use Ice Shards or Ice Gems to attack the boss if you have saved some. Feel free to use Omagatoki: Critical when your Magatsuhi Gauge is full. Having Pixie in your party to heal is also recommended.
Watch the cutscene. Afterwards, you will be able to fuse Hydra (Drake) in the World of Shadows.
