All Punishing Foes in Shin Megami Tensei V
In Shin Megami Tensei V (SMT 5), you will occasionally encounter demons called Punishing Foes that are significantly more powerful than all of the other demons within a specific area. It is generally recommended to avoid engaging them in battle as you are likely to be at insufficient levels to take them on the first time you find them on the map.
Defeating Punishing Foes grants you a good amount of experience (EXP) and money (Macca) so it is worth defeating them when you are adequately leveled and can exploit their weaknesses. Try to hunt for Punishing Foes when you are leveling fast and farming money.
