How to Unlock Super Mode
Clear DANTE MUST DIE
You must first clear SON OF SPARDA to unlock DANTE MUST DIE. Then, clear DANTE MUST DIE to unlock Super Mode.
Super Mode
Unlimited Devil Trigger
In Super Mode, the Devil Trigger gauge does not deplete As such, players can keep the buffs active permanently. In Nero’s Case, “Exceed” 3 is always active, whereas Dante’s Royal Guard Gauge will always display be at max.
Rank Penalty
The score at the end of each level is multiplied by 0.2 in Hero Mode, resulting in a significant rating drop. Players who want to achieve an S Rank at the end of each chapter should steer clear of Super Mode.
How to Select Super Mode
Super Costume
Super Mode can be accessed by using a character’s Super Costume. Go to the Costume Select Screen and choose the character with Super before their name. You can also access Super Mode with their EX color set.
