Like the other DMRs, the Mk14 EBR acts as a cross between an assault rifle and a sniper rifle. It uses the powerful 7.62mm ammunition, dishing out the most damage-per-hit among DMRs in exchange for the most recoil. The Mk14 can also go into full auto-fire mode, though you only have a 10-round magazine to work with. Even with a magazine attachment, you’re still looking at 20 rounds, so don’t go spraying bullets all over the place. That said, when used properly at close range, the Mk14 can be devastatingly powerful.

At long range, the Mk14 competes with sniper rifles for raw power: one shot can take down an opponent with a level 1 helmet. Find a scope and wreak havoc upon your foes from across the battlefield. To help with aim, lie down so that the recoil is reduced. Further, if you’re unfamiliar with zeroing distance and bullet drop, click here to brush up.
The Mk14 EBR can only be found in air drops.
