Pistols (Handguns) Stats and Strategy Guide

Pistols are sidearms included in a standard loadout. Known for being well-rounded due to their decent range, they typically act as defensive weapons. These will require replacement due to their unreliable ammunition capacity and lackluster firepower.

The secondary pistol to use depends on the tactic that the player wishes to employ. Those who wish to employ a specific strategy (loadout) may prefer certain pistols over others; while those who do not wish to use a pistol at all will opt to save on inventory space. Close Quarters oriented loadout should equip the R 1895. For Ranged loadouts, the P92 supports any unexpected close encounters.

Loadout composition-based

The easiest Pistol when it comes to handling, the P92 compensates for the Ranged damage dealt by the Sniper Rifle (AWM) as it is built for close encounters. It comes with a high magazine capacity.

Despite the R 1895 weapon being plagued by a huge reload time, it is often the secondary weapon of choice for those looking to accompany their S12K because its firepower is unparalleled. It is an ideal weapon for those who are accustomed to lining up headshots.

Inventory Management-based

Other players may find it a burden to have a separate ammunition for their Sidearm from their other weapon. As a workaround, it is possible to carry a Main and a Secondary that share the same ammunition space.

P1911 shares its .45 acp ammunition with the Tommy Gun.

Whereas, those who have a R 1895 will appreciate handling the AKM since it shares the same 7.62 mm ammunition.
