Chapter 1: Light and Shadow Walkthrough
| 1 | Pursue and defeat Lv.2 Hirotaka Ushio. Afterwards, head to Michiyomoto in Snack Street. |

| 2 | Go to soapland Togenkyo and defeat the enemies at the tobacco store. |
| 3 | Head to the third park and defeat Lv.2 Koji Hiratsuka. |
| 4 | Ride a cab to the apartment. |
| 5 | Look for Yumeno in the cabaret club. |
| 6 | Meet with Mitsuo at the theater square and select “Return”. |
| 7 | Search for Peking Duck at the theater square. Afterwards, defeat Gorotsuki in front of the theater. |
| 8 | Go to Arakawa’s office in Nakamichi Street and defeat the Sakaki group members. |
| 9 | Head to the Akaushimaru store on Tenkaichi Street. |
Chapter 1: Light and Shadow Strategies
Chasing and Fighting Ushio
You must avoid obstacles along the way while chasing Ushio to catch up to him. Use the left analog stick to avoid groups of people, the △ button for passer-by on their phones, and the x button for thrown projectiles.
When you catch up to Ushio, a tutorial battle will begin. Be sure to understand the mechanics of attacking and countering (◯ button) to defeat him.
Michiyomoto Snack Bar
After Ushio is defeated, head to the snack bar in Champion Street and choose either “Lend a hand” to gain Kindness +10 or “Strictly scold” to gain Passion +10.
Bad Guys near Tobacco Store
Follow the tutorial on Extreme Skills and Just Guard when you begin the fight against the Bad Guys on the way to the tobacco store.
Defeating Koji Hiratsuka
You can easily take out the hammer-wielding Koji Hiratsuka at the third park by using the Extreme Skill “Whole Body Punch”.
