Substory 15: Ijincho’s Safety Net Walkthrough
| 1 | Go out and meet Eri Kamataki outside of Otohime Land. Listen to her backstory and her relation to Nonomiya. |

| 2 | Ichiban Kasuga will own the company and you will be taken to the rice cracker shop south of the Snack District. |
| 3 | Talk to Eri again and pick top option. Then, pick the bottom option. Kasuga will link Eri to Nick Ogata to help save the business. |
| 4 | Once you can control Kasuga. Speak to Eri and gain access “Property Management” main menu. |
| 5 | Move to “Personnel Arrangement” sub menu and proceed to “Employee List”. |
| 6 | You will see five employees in the list. Restart the list and pick the two female staff and a “chicken” to the list. This choices will make the three gauges at the bottom meet the line. |
| 7 | From the Personnel Management sub menu go to “Termination”. |
| 8 | Remove low productive men until you make the company’s operating cost out of the red. |
| 9 | Once the business is out of the red, Nugget will join your Delivery Help summon roster. |
Substory 15: Ijincho’s Safety Net Strategies
Retain “Kamataki Tome”, “Ai-san” and “Kokekokko” in the company
When choosing the employees to retain, pick the two female staff members and a chicken. You will eventually spend money to train them in order to increase the company sales volume and management parameters in the future.
Fire “Furuya” and “Hiro” in the company
After picking the three staff members (including the chicken). Dismiss the two men since to reduce the labor cost of your company. After that, start running the business with Eri.
