It is recommended to be at least Lv.24 before taking on Nanba and Ishioda.

Leveling Guide

Character	Recommended Job	Details
Ichiban Kasuga	Hero	Raises the party’s attack power with “Brave Command” and easily clear mobs of enemies with ranged attacks.
Koichi Adachi	Enforcer	Recommended for “Healthy Gymnastics” to give the party resistance against Han’s poison attacks.
Saeko Mukouda	Hostess	Can use “Sparkling Cannon” to deal a high amount of damage to both Nanba and Ishioda. Can also use “Hustle Smile” to increase allies’ attack power.
Eri Katamaki	Idol	Support and recovery role. Flashlight is also good to use against enemies.

Recruit Eri Katamaki

It is recommended to reach at least rank 100 in the Business Management mini-game to recruit Eri Katamaki to your party. This makes the fights against Nanba and Ishioda easier as you will be able to set Saeko to the Miss Kyaba job while Eri handles healing and support duties.

Business Management Guide

Take out Nanba First

After clearing the regular enemies, focus all attacks on Nanba as his ability to inflict stun will prove troublesome throughout the fight. Attack him with Cold abilities, especially Sparkling Cannon (Saeko), and he should go down quickly. Be sure to have Kasuga use Brave Command to increase damage output as well.

Ishioda

Be sure to keep the party’s HP high at all times against Ishioda (even if he is alone) to avoid getting knocked out quickly from counterattacks. Note that Ishioda can deal very high Gun damage  so do not hesitate to heal allies each turn when necessary.
