Overview

Unlocking Condition	Talk to the naked bubble-covered man in Roman Area.
Location	Red light district (Roman Area)
Clear Reward	Mysterious Blush

Substory 19: Bubble, Bubble Toil and Trouble Substory Walkthrough

1	Pass by the red light district and talk to the naked man covered in soap bubbles.
2	Select “I’ll take you”.
3	Take the naked man to Natsuyama Men’s Clothing to the north of Isezaki Road.
4	Select “There are unavoidable circumstances” when talking to the clerk.
5	Talk to the naked man again in the side of Roman area.

Strategy

Avoid areas where the naked man will get wet.

When heading to the clothing store, you should avoid any sources of water along the way. These include those found on the entrance, center, and exit of Isezaki Road.
