| 1 | Go to Otohime Land and approach two men, a Yakuza and Office Worker in the southern location. |

| 2 | Pick the first option to help the troubled man and defeat the Yakuza. |
| 3 | When Ichiban Kasuga gives advice, choose the second option in order to raise the Kindness human power stat. |
| 4 | Move to the Pocket Cafe and talk to the female staff. Pick the first option to get hot water. |
| 5 | Return to the man standing across Otohime Land to continue and pick a fight against the “Baby Foreplay” |
| 6 | After the battle, pick the top option to drink milk. This will boost the Passion human power stat. |
| 7 | Also, Honda Susumu will be added to your Delivery Help summon roster. |

Defeat Yakuza
Use normal attacks to finish off the Yakuza enemy quickly.
Defeat Baby Foreplay
Baby Foreplay consists of a leader and three Yakuza minions. Focus on the three Yakuza minions first. Capitalize the narrow battlefield using range attacks. Finish off the Baby Foreplay leader last using slash weapons. You will receive 20,000 yen after winning the battle.
