| 1 | Talk to the man surrounded by reporters (Hanayama) and select “Accept”. |

| 2 | Head to Hamakaze area to find Anzai and defeat the Bad Men there. |
| 3 | Return to the riverside where you met Hanayama. |
| 4 | Go to the Rose Blossom cabaret on Ohama area and defeat the Baseball Managers. |
| 5 | Head back to Hamakaze area and talk to Anzai. |
Strategy
Unlocks Hanayama for Company Management
Clearing the substory unlocks Hanayama for recruitment to Business Management. He is a particularly good asset since he is well-connected, highly persuasive, and ready to work in the general meeting of shareholders.
