Substory 23: Each Thought Substory Walkthrough
| 1 | Head to Akaushimaru north of Isezaki Road and talk to Megumi. |

| 2 | Leave and return to Akaushimaru and talk to Megumi again. |
| 3 | Proceed towards Hello Work (Chuo area) and defeat the thugs. |
| 4 | Talk to Megumi’s father. |
| 5 | After you accumulate 1 million Yen, ride a cab to Central Hospital for a custcene. |
| 6 | Talk to Megumi and her parents at Akaushimaru. |
Strategy
Getting 1 Million Yen
The substory can only be cleared if you have 1 million Yen to cover the medical expense. The best way to earn the amount is through Company Management, especially if you have high stock price ranking at this point in the game.
