Substory 26: The Masked Murderer Substory Walkthrough

1	Approach the group of people at Fukutokucho in the middle of Eomeoni’s and Hyakkei Street.
2	Talk to the man who’s left and accept the mission.
3	When night falls, select “Let’s investigate” when talking to the restaurant owner of Eomeoni’s Vow.
4	Head to Fukutokucho at night and watch the cutscene.
5	Defeat the Masked Man.
