Tobias “Toby” Nebbins is a friend of Vincent that he met at Stray Sheep Bar.

He is Jonny‘s co-worker and mechanic in his father’s car restoration and dealership. Among Vincent’s group, he is the newest and youngest member. He prefers older women and has a crush on Erica Anderson.
