[PlayerUnknown’s Battleground / PUBG] Recommended Landing Spots

This article contains recommended landing spots where a person can possibly land in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds [PUBG]. We’ll continue to update this should there be a change in landscape.

Recommended Landing Spots

After leaping from the plane, players are made to choose to land. While there is no guarantee that they’ll end up in their most desired landing spot, there are some places that may serve as a good alternative. However, choosing the landing spots is key. Landing in a particular area give the player only a select access on weapons. Also, it also may give the player an advantage or disadvantage in the ever-shrinking battle area. As the player descends from the plane, here are some places the player can target for:

West of Novorepnoye (F4: N8)

This place is the best landing spot for beginners. Not only is there a city nearby, there are also surrounding houses. The surrounding houses can serve as a form of bomb shelter should there be a bombing. Many houses also means a lot of loot for the player to have some access to. And nearby, the player can also head to Novorepnoye where they can find a vehicle to allow them easy mobility to different areas.

However, the biggest risk to this place is the town of Novorepnoye itself. The town of Novorepnoye is a popular landing spot for veterans and other players who are looking for military-grade gear. Also, the players will most likely target vehicles in an effort to get to the safe area.

Southwest of Lipovka (G4: L5)

Lipovka has multiple vehicle spawn points, granting the players good mobility in the start. However, in exchange for this, players are not given much firepower. But if the player looks well enough, the area can provide the player with at least 1 firearm to get the player started. Another is that, the place allows great versatility for strategies. Players can either camp at the crater to deal headshots or head over to Lipovka at the north-east to access a vehicle. The vehicle will at least grant the player a chance to easily make their way to a Safe Zone or to another place with better weaponry.

Bunkers north of Mylta (F6: L8)

In the bunkers, this landing place is not only ideal for loot but also for positioning and ambush. As it’s in the tunnel, majority of the players will not be able to locate the place immediately. Its carefully hidden entrance allows players to not only camp but also access a variety of weapon loot should a plane drop nearby. However, this may cause a problem especially to some players as they might have the same idea. Because it’s a restricted area, fighting for the bunkers and holding it may not be easy.

In terms of positioning, this place is within a good proximity of the central part of the island. This will allow players access to the safe zone immediately, allowing them to be one of the few last standing.

North of Stalber (F4: I5)

Because it’s at the far end of the island, players often overlook the area. This can serve as a perfect landing spot due to majority of the loot being uncontested. Outside the area, there are also possible vehicle spawns which will allow players to search for better gear.
