Chapter 3: The Town at Rock Bottom Walkthrough
| 1 | Go around Tsurugame Kaido and look for the 3 vending machines. |

Chapter 3: The Town at Rock Bottom Strategies
Examining the vending machine
Locate the 3 vending machines around town. After finding a vending machine, choose “good thing search.” Press the square button when the marker turns yellow to look for items.
Defeat the Yokohama style
Between the two, you’ll want to focus on the level 7 enemy since he has less power. When you’re left against the stronger level 8 one, use “Bad Breath” to debuff him. Have Namba cycle between skills and normal attacks since he can regain MP when using the latter.
Go to “Harbory Light”
When you’re done talking to the homeless, go to Hello Work and then proceed to “Harbor Light.” Apply for a job at the snack area.
Defeat Matsuo, the homeless
Use “Whole Body Punch” to take out Matsuo. After winning, you’ll obtain a key that unlocks the silver safe.
Go to Hamako’s shop
Head to Tsurugame Bridge and go to the bottom right. Look for Hamako at the snack area, you’ll find him facing the shop.
Bad Guys near Hamako’s shop
When the cutscene is over, you’ll be pit against a group of bad guys. Their strength comes in numbers so focus on using Just Guard to deflect attacks. Your best bet is to use “Whole Body Punch” and “Pigeon Assault,” with Kasuga to pick off the Yankees. Another way to thin them out is to use one of the enemies as a meat shield to bounce off incoming attacks.
Chapter 3: The Town at Rock Bottom Substories
Clear Sub Story 1
Go to “Kan-san” and take the tutorial. Press the Circle or X buttons to navigate. If you find other homeless, you can seize their loot by charging at them while boosts are active. Your goal is to follow the yellow trail while picking up the cans lying around. Loot 50 cans and return to the entrance to complete the mini game.
Clear Sub Story 3
Go to Sakuragawa-dori. Look for an officer and lady to trigger to substory. Defeat the urinating man to acquire an accessory.
Substory 3: A Golden Opportunity
Clear Sub Story 4
Go to Misaki Street and look for a garbage pile in front of a store. Talk to the lady and look for for two men bickering near the trash heap. Pick an option (we recommend option 3) to boost a personality stat. Then, defeat Mr. Gomi.
