This is a Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds news article on the number of concurrent players playing this video game.
PUBG has passed the 600,000 Concurrent players mark on Steam
Once an Arma mod, Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has gained a massive following. It’s very possible that this is due to lots and lots of streamers and PewDiePie wannabes (and the Pewds himself) playing this heart-stopping first/third person shooter battle royal hybrid.
The following passed its 600,000 concurrent player mark. SteamCharts, an aggregate site that measures and analyzes the number of Steam’s concurrent players, measured a total of 611,676 concurrent players battling inside Erangel (via different servers) for the chicken dinner at 10:00 am, Eastern Time. This success was a follow up to a previous 500,000 concurrent players number that the video game had passed just recently, which the developers have acknowledged (and have presumably celebrated).
