This is a Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds article. Here you will learn all about the longest kill achieved in PUBG.
Longest Kill Achieved
Recently, we reported that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds quickly surpassed the 600,000 concurrent player mark, after previously breaking the preceding 500,000 mark a few days before. Now that PUBG’s developers have had its personal run time to gather statistics, it would be very interesting for us to see the internal workings, averages, percentages of the game.
Thankfully, Bluehole’s team managed to present a small look at PUBG’s stats to IGN. One of those is the longest kill achieved. While not fully up to date due to the data being recorded between March 23 and July 19, it gives us a leering look into PUBG players and their highlights–as well as the utter strength of the game engine.
To clarify, that nearly 7 kilometer kill was committed from Stalber, a northeastern location in Erangel, to Primorsk to the Southwest. While this is a massively amazing statistic all on its own, we are left wanting more information. How did this unknown player* manage to take that shot? What weapon was he using? What did he climb to to reach the angle necessary to take that shot? Was he using a hack? (That last part is very unlikely.)
Apart from the longest kill, we also learn about the percentage of weaponry used to kill other players. 56.97% of players use assault rifles to kill enemies. This is followed up by the 15.59% who use shotguns, 13.73% who use SMGs, 8.03% who use sniper rifles, 5.17% who use pistols, and 0.51% who use other means. The infographic set also talks about specific Assault Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, Sniper Rifle, Pistols, and Others statistics.
if you think that kill is legit, you are retarded.
Is there a confirmed video of the longest kill?
Sadly, no. Playerunknown simply gave this infographic to IGN.
