Brawler Tier List for Brawl Star's Brawl Ball Event. This is a 3v3 event wherein they have to carry the ball towards the opponent's goal, similar to a game of football or soccer.

Brawler Tier List – Brawl Ball

Brawl Ball is quite an interesting game mode, as it mixes the high-octane action of Brawl Stars with the simple and fun mechanics of football. Most of the time brawlers need to gather around the ball in a short map. Due to this mechanic, a number of brawlers’ abilities may have a slight advantage over other brawlers. We provided a tier list for Brawl Ball for you to see which brawlers are powerful or ineffective for this game mode.

Tier List

S Tier

These brawlers are either great ball handlers or defenders for their team in Brawl Ball. They are a dream to play but a nightmare to deal with due to how efficient they are.

Brawler Description
Brawl Stars NitaNita Nita is pretty hard to deal with in Brawl Ball due to her ability to summon another “brawler” on the map in the form of the Big Baby Bear. The bear can act as a distraction to enemies. This, along with her strong basic attack, give her a lot to support her team with.
Brawl Stars TaraTara Gravity is very effective in this game mode, as enemies are regularly tightly packed around the ball. She can gather them to a point and burst them down with Triple Tarot. She won’t be valuable early in the game but will be a powerhouse once Gravity is charged.
Brawl Stars SpikeSpike Spike is pretty powerful in Brawl Ball. Due to how small the maps are, Spike’s spikes can be quite deadly and hard to avoid. He can also set up spikes to stop opponents from going to certain areas, which makes the enemy’s path much narrower.
Brawl Stars El PrimoEl Primo El Primo can be very hard to deal with in Brawl Ball. He is tanky, he can break walls and push enemies away with Flying Elbow Drop, and can deal a lot of damage to groups of enemies. He is a great ball handler due to his high HP. However, shotgun users like Shelly and Bull can counter this masked wrestler. When Primo’s teamed up with Tara or Nita, the enemy will have a difficult time stopping him.

A Tier

Although their abilities are quite effective in this game mode, the Brawlers in the A Tier have weaknesses that prevent them from being S Tier.

Brawler Description
Brawl Stars MortisMortis Mortis is a very mobile brawler due to his ability to dash around the map. This makes him a great ball handler who can quickly get possession of the ball. However, brawlers with stuns like Frank or Tara can easily counter him. It takes skill to use Mortis, but he can be very pesky once you get the hang of his quirks.
Brawl Stars FrankFrank Frank is a solid defender as he can stun enemies coming towards the goal with Stunning Blow. He can stun enemies from afar before they have a chance to shoot the ball. He can also break walls, which makes it easier to reach the enemy’s goal.
Brawl Stars ShellyShelly Shelly, as expected, is a very balanced brawler in Brawl Ball. She can play as a defender, waiting in bushes to ambush enemies moving to the goal. She is also effective as a support as she can deal damage to anyone going near the ball handler. Super Shell can additionally be used to break down walls and open a path to the goal.
Brawl Stars PocoPoco Poco can provide support to his teammates by healing them up whenever they are damaged to keep them up can going. Poco can also hit multiple enemies due to his attack’s wide range. However, he can lack damage, which can make it hard to stop incoming attackers.
Brawl Stars PamPam Pam can set up a healing turret at the middle of the map for her teammates to last longer against enemy fire. This turret makes her teammates a lot more durable and able to resist enemy fire. Pam is also tanky can deal average damage, making her good at holding the ball when it comes her way.

B tier

The Brawlers in this tier can still be used effectively, but require much more strategy or skill to succeed with.

Brawler Description
Brawl Stars BullBull Bull can be a good ball handler due to his durability. Bull Rush lets him quickly rush onto the ball or knock out any walls in his way. That said, he isn’t as precise as similar Brawler El Primo. In addition, he is vulnerable to ranged damage.
Brawl Stars ColtColt Bullet Train can break down walls, which makes it easier for teammates to move around the map or get to the goal. That said, he is very squishy and thereby makes a poor ball carrier. Colt players will have to focus on damaging enemies rather than handling the ball.
Brawl Stars BrockBrock Like Colt, Brock can struggle in Brawl Ball due to how quickly enemies move around. He will have to focus on sniping enemies with Rockin’ Rocket and destroying obstacles with Rocket Rain.
Brawl Stars JessieJessie Jessie’s turret can be set up near the team’s goal to act as a defense against low HP ball handlers. However, the damage output from the turret is low, so tanky brawlers like El Primo can still get past it. Shock Rifle can be good when the enemies clump together, the projectile able to easily bounce around them.
Brawl Stars DarrylDarryl Darryl can burst down enemies with his shotguns, making him great at taking down ball carriers. Barrel Roll allows him to rush onto the ball from a distance, making him great at stealing the ball.
Brawl Stars CrowCrow Crow’s low HP prevents him from being great here. He will often get killed before reaching the goal. His poison can be good, though, as it can keep enemies from healing for longer periods and thereby away from the ball.
Brawl Stars LeonLeon Leon won’t be that useful as the ball handler due to his low HP. However, he can utilize Smoke Bomb to perform sneak attacks on the enemy ball handler before passing it on to a teammate.
Brawl Stars PennyPenny Penny can deal large amounts of damage to groups due to the nature of her Plunderbuss. That said, all she can really do is supporting damage and thereby can lack effectiveness here. Old Lobber isn’t great at taking out ball handlers due to how much Brawlers move here.
Brawl Stars RicochetRicochet Ricochet’s attack bounces on walls, which is effective if you have good aim and is fond of making trick shots. But there are plenty of walls in the maps, so brawlers with wall-destroying abilities are much more efficient.
Brawl Stars DynamikeDynamike Dynamike’s dynamite are inefficient to how much brawlers move around in Brawl Ball. He can throw dynamite at the ball to punish enemies from approaching. In addition, he can deal large amounts of damage to clumps of enemies and force ball carriers into winding paths as they try to dodge TNT.
Brawl Stars BarleyBarley Similar to Dynamike, Barley has to work more on controlling enemies and denying enemy movements. He makes a pathetic ball handler, however can be effective at preventing enemies from approaching the goal.

C Tier

While strong in their own right, these Brawlers aren’t great in Brawl Ball. Their abilities are very inefficient here, so use them with caution.

Brawler Description
Brawl Stars BoBo Bo’s damage is not enough to finish enemies off in this fast-paced game mode. Neither his bow or his mines are good at stopping enemies from approaching the goal.
Brawl Stars PiperPiper Since the map is quite small, Piper isn’t able to showcase her full potential. She needs to be as far away as possible from enemies to deal her full damage, which is very difficult in Brawl Ball.
