Story Mission Walkthrough List

Walkthrough

1 From the distribution center south of Lake Knot City, head southwest toward the marked location. Bring hematic grenades and blood bags as you will encounter BTs during the mission.

Death Stranding - Order No. 27 Walkthrough

2 The odradek scanner will pick up BT signals after you cross the river to the wide rocky path. Crouch and equip hematic grenades as you continue proceeding toward the marked location. Use the scanner to locate BTs and take them out using the grenades.

Continue pushing southwest toward another river just before the weather station. Access the terminal at the weather station to complete the delivery.
