Deliver BB to the Incinerator.

1 From the isolation ward, follow the path going to incinerator you visited in Order No. 3. Various ropes and ladders will have been installed going to the location, making the mission very easy.

A cutscene will play as you approach the incinerator building. Access the terminal to complete the mission.
