Cross the tar belt.

1 Read the email from the evo-devo biologist. Afterwards, head towards the marked location inhabited by BTs. Keep following the marker until you are dragged by the BTs.

Once you reemerge, use the buildings rising up from the tar and head south toward the marker. When you spot Amelie, approach her for a cutscene.

Activate the chiral network in Edge Knot City.

2 After the cutscene, take Order No. 63 using the terminal at the distribution center north of Edge Knot City. Make sure to bring ladders and the climbing anchor before heading out. Bring the anti-BT handgun to deal with BTs, including a new jellyfish-like one that floats in the air. These will pursue you and explode if you are close enough so avoid them as much as possible.

3 Watch the cutscene after arriving at the ruins. Crouch and carefully make your way further south toward the Edge Knot City distribution center. Access the terminal to complete the delivery.
