Deliver the antimatter bomb.

1 From the distribution center north of Mountain Knot City, head southeast to Mountain Knot City. The cargo you will be delivering can easily be damaged by vibrations caused by traversing rough terrain on a vehicle. Because of this, it is recommended to make the delivery on foot to avoid damaging the package.

Death Stranding - Order No. 44 Walkthrough

2 Nullify the mules’ scanner pings if you pass near their camp. When you arrive at the Mountain Knot City distribution center, access the terminal to complete the delivery.
