Take Mama to meet Lockne.
| 1 | After completing Order No. 44, check your mail and read the one from Aaron Hill. It is recommended to have a vehicle and anti-BT weapons, especially hematic grenades and the BT assault rifle, before taking on Order No. 46. When you are ready, head for Mama’s lab. |

| 2 | Watch the cutscene when you arrive at Mama’s lab. You will have to transport her to the Mountain Knot City distribution center. When you leave the lab, you will need to deal with a powerful catcher BT. You can leave mama at the lab first before taking on the boss to prevent her from sustaining damage.
When the battle begins, aim for its head with the BT assault rifle or throw two hematic grenades to damage it. The boss has a very noticeable tell to its attacks. It will shoot a black goo in the direction in front of it or pounce at you with its paw. These can be avoided by strafing to the side just before the attacks connect. The timing is rather easy to get down. Repeat the process until the boss is defeated. The boss will constantly burrow into the ground and appear at random locations to sneak up on you. Rotate your camera to know where the attack will be coming from to avoid getting hit. |

| 3 | After defeating the boss, continue towards Mountain Knot City. Other players may have likely set up zip-lines to help you get to the destination faster. If not, get on a vehicle and make the trip up to Mountain Knot City. You can stop by the distribution center north of Mountain Knot City to resupply or repair your vehicle if you need to. |
