Deliver the antibiotics.
| 1 | From the Mountain Knot City distribution center, head northeast to the mountaineer’s shelter. The path toward the marked location requires you to climb steep mountains so it is recommended to travel on foot. Bring ladders and climbing anchors along to help you pass through difficult terrain.
The order can be made easier by using the zip-lines other players have installed to get up the snow-covered mountains to the marked destination. Otherwise, it is highly recommended that you set up zip-lines yourself to make it easier to go back and forth from the mountaineer’s shelter to Mountain Knot City. This is because the next mission requires you to go from the mountaineer’s location to the doctor and back again within 60 minutes. |

| 2 | Anti-BT weapons are also important as you will come across BTs near the cross-like structures during the mission. Since the snow will gradually degrade your cargo, having container repair sprays is also recommended.
Access the terminal at the mountaineer’s shelter to complete the mission. |
