Story Mission Walkthrough List

Walkthrough

Pick up the medical devices from the doctor’s shelter.

1 From the mountaineer’s shelter, backtrack southwest to the doctor’s shelter for the medical devices. It is recommended to use zip-lines to get back to the doctor’s shelter as fast as possible. Otherwise, you will have to trudge on foot and possibly encounter BTs near the cross-like structures on your way back.

Death Stranding - Order No. 50 Walkthrough

Deliver the remote medical terminal and the bio printer ASAP.

2 Using the zip-lines, you can easily backtrack to the Mountain Knot City distribution center and head for the doctor’s shelter from there. Access the terminal and pick up the remote medical terminal and bio printer from the doctor. Use the zip-lines again to quickly return to the mountaineer’s shelter to complete the delivery.
