The Death Stranding Standard Edition (Higgs Variant) comes with a special sleeve depicting the enigmatic Homo Demens operative. The character is wearing the gold mask shown in The Game Awards 2017 trailer.

The item goes for 49.99 GBP. Other versions of the game and a special Playstation 4 Pro bundle were announced throughout the title’s development period.
