Aureum Falls – Lavtu Marshlands Walkthrough

Aureum Falls

1	Upon entering the Aureum Falls Entrance, head for the Lower Level by going down the ladders.
2	Take out the enemies along the way and go up the next few ladders to reach the Central Level.
3	After going up from the ladders, follow the path going south. Defeat the enemies to find a chest at the end that has Gold Gel x1.
4	Backtrack to the ladder and head north this time. Pick up Lemon Gel x1 near the next ladder. Climb up to the Waterfalls and go left to find Pineapple Gel x1.
5	From here, follow the path to the south to find a chest at the dead end with 13500 Gald. Head back and go all the way north and go up the ladder.
6	After coming up, follow the path going left and go up the next ladder ahead. Before heading for the exit, turn south and take out the monster there. Pick up Mighty Guard x1.
7	Backtrack and take the exit to the Upper Level Interior to the north.
8	From the starting point of Upper Level Interior, follow the dead end to the north. Have Law break the wall ahead and open the chest to get Earth Cape x1.
9	Backtrack to the entrance and go south. Climb up the ladder to Upper Level Exterior. Feel free to transact with the merchant and use the healing light to fully recover the party’s HP.
10	Prepare to battle Meria Phein.
11	Equip Opal (accessory) to reduce damage from Meria Phein’s wind attacks. Since Meria Phein is weak to earth, Dohalim’s earth attacks will be very effective against the boss. You can counter the boss’ rush attack from the air with Kisara’s boost attack. When Meria Phein’s wings begin to glow, use the light on the ground as a guide toa void its heat ray attack. Bear in mind that another variation of this move will generate a pillar of flame afterwards so stay alert even after you have avoided the initial beam.
12	After defeating Meria Phein, move forward and go the north ladder. If you want, you can follow the path going right and jump down to the bottom. Afterwards, pick up Orange Gel x1 and Salmon x1 by going into the water.
13	Climb the ladder all the way up and open the chest to get Heavy Treat x1.
14	Go inside the building and go up to the Top Level using the ladder. The chest there contains Drums of the Master artifact x1.
15	Finally, head to the marked location by dropping down to the exit to Lavtu Marshlands.

Lavtu Marshlands

1	Your next destination is Pelegion to the west. On your way there, turn south to find Owl #30 near the ladder. You can also get Stick Lure x1 from the chest nearby.
2	Rest at the campsite to the north and take the exit to Pelegion.
