What is Physical Ailments?

Attacks from an opponent that can inflict any of the four physical ailments in-game may cause bad effects on any member of your party, which can be caused by receiving an attack from an enemy that can inflict any of the four physical ailments in-game. Each of these illnesses has a short duration, with effects ranging from the restriction of character mobility to the debuffing of certain stats.

Curing using Items

Like using Items to heal and recover from lost health, items such as Panacea Bottles may also be used to treat Physical Ailments  The use of items does not deplete your total CP pool, in contrast to the use of Artes to heal illnesses.

Certain Artes may be used to treat Physical Ailments that have been sustained as a result of encounters with opponents. It will cost you CP if you use Artes to cure a character of any ailment. The quantity of CP lost from your CP pool is determined on the Arte that was used.

Wait for it to disappear

Ailments that have been inflicted on a character will gradually fade away on their own over time.

The consequences of certain ailments, such as the inability to move, may make waiting an impractical choice because to the risk of additional enemy assaults. Depending on the kind of illness, waiting may not be an option due to the effects of some ailments, such as the inability to move.

Slows down charging of AG

Under the impact of an ailment, the Artes Gauge’s recovery time is decreased by 50% compared to normal conditions. As soon as the ailment is treated or allowed to fade on its own, this effect is will be gone.
