Background
A party member character who appeared before Alphen and Shionne. Rinwell is a young woman from Dahna on a journey to appeal for Cyclodia’s resistance. She is accompanied by a baby Dahnan owl named Hootle who acts as her faithful companion. She fights using a book that can use many spells such as astral artes, despite being a Dahnan, and acts as a magic specialist.

Rinwell Fighting Style
Rinwell is a long-distance fighter who primarily relies on astral artes. Though her artes are strong and have a wide reach, casting them takes time, so make sure to get some distance between her and the enemy before attempting any artes. When Auto Mode is enabled, Rinwell will primarily target enemies with lower HP during combat.
Perk

| Magic Charging | While casting an arte, press and hold the arte button to delay activation until you let go. You can also press R1/RB in this state to save it for later and charge it. Charged artes activate after your next attack/arte, and can be used in combos. |
| If you cast the same arte the one currently charged, they’ll combine into a higher tier spell. These can include artes that Rinwell has yet to learn or only trigger with specific combinations, so experiment and see what different pairs yield! |
Boost Attack

| Magic Cancel | Attacks an enemy with a special arte that disturbs astral energy. If the enemy is hit with it while casting an arte, they’ll be downed and Rinwell will steal the spell and charge it, leaving them unable to use it again for a while. |
