Deliver all three containers of aid to Lake Knot City.

1 Load the three containers of aid in front of you as cargo. Head up the ladder on the right and take any of the materials there if your load can still accommodate them.

Death Stranding - Order No. 8 Walkthrough

2 Go through the next set of stairs going up through the hallway. You can grab more materials and containers as long as you can still manage them while you move along. When you reach the distribution center, use the terminal to complete the delivery.
