Deliver the prescription medicine.
| 1 | From the engineer’s location, head southwest and follow the river closest to the east leading to the mountains. This lets you avoid mules that are patrolling the western section of the area.
Follow the steam as it goes up toward the mountains. Use ladders to help you onward as the path inclines more than you can manage. |
