Two-Handed Sword Skills
Cesar’s skill tree glosses over him using a two-handed sword as a weapon. Majority of his skills are based on speed and power. There are times he deals major damage due to the elemental affinity each attack has. Because of this, he’s quite an adversary as a boss and also an asset as an ally.
