Strategy
The Wing Tiger in the Space-Time Labyrinth employs the same attack pattern as its Main Story Quest variant, although it has increased HP and attack power. In general, you should getting directly in front of the boss, and attack it from behind or from its sides. Also pay attention to the tornadoes that it will generate in the area, so staying mobile is the key to defeating the boss.
