The Super Suit is rewarded by Chow in Monstro Town after you successfully perform 100 consecutive Super Jumps. This feat requires both skill and patience as you must get the timing of bouncing off the enemy down very well to reach the required number.
Reaching at least 30 consecutive Super Jumps lets you obtain the Attack Scarf.
The powerful Attack Scarf, a unique accessory for Mario, is also given by Chow if you only manage to land at least 30 Super Jumps without messing up.
