Triple Moves are powerful three-character attacks that you can use after filling up the Triple Move gauge in battle. To charge the Triple Move gauge, you must successfully execute attack and defense Action Commands using timed button presses in battle.

How to Use Triple Moves

Press the (-) button when the Triple Move Gauge is full.

Once the Triple Move gauge is at 100% charge, press the (-) button to perform a Triple Move. Note that the type of Triple Move the party will use is based on the your current active party. Because of this, try to experiment with different character combinations to find one that affords you the advantage against various types of enemies encountered throughout the story.

Super Mario RPG Remake Best Party Setups

Does not expend FP.

Note that your party does not use up FP (Flower Points) when using Triple Moves, making them a powerful alternative to Special Moves that do require the resource. Because of this, you are able to reserve FP for support abilities like healing, reviving, and buffing party members.
