For an Outlaw Biker – Reach the colonel

1	Help Weaver by firing at Skizzo.
2	Go down the ladder and clear out the militia.
3	Take out the remaining enemies in the area.
4	Kill Skizzo.
5	Head to the location marked on the map to find the colonel.

Strategy

1) How to kill Skizzo

You’ll need to get up close to Skizzo to kill him. Get near him by rolling from cover to cover. When you are close enough, a go for the kill and follow the reaction commands to take out Skizzo.
