1	Head to the location marked on the map and approach the camp.
2	Kill 20 rippers.
4	Enter the manhole to find the underground shelter.
4	Explore the underground shelter and examine the map to clear the mission.

Try to eliminate the snipers before dealing with the other enemies to allow you to freely move around the area.
