Death Stranding Completes Development
Kojima Productions announced in a tweet today, September 26th, that Death Stranding “is complete and has gone gold.” This means that development for the much-awaited action title had been finalized.

The team showed their thanks to those who worked on the title. The post also reaffirmed its release date of November 8th.
It had been three years since Death Stranding was first announced at E3 2016. What followed were a series of trailers and promotional videos throughout its development period. Much of the game’s mechanics were revealed at Tokyo Game Show 2019, which featured lengthy gameplay demos.
