Strategy
Craft napalm molotovs
You can thin out the horde using napalm molotovs. Back away from the horde as shown in the image, then fling a bottle on the spot where the enemies stick together. Repeat until you defeat all of them.
Bring stamina cocktails
You will always be on the run after using molotovs, so do not be stingy with stamina cocktails. Performing side rolls is a vital evasive maneuver when freakers are on your tail and, since it eats up your stamina, consuming stamina cocktails is important for surviving these intense encounters.
