1	Head to the marked location on your bike.
2	Collect the polystyrene.
3	Return to Weaver at Wizard Island
4	Try the napalm molotov.

Strategy

1) Collecting polystyrene

The containers of polystyrene are quite close to each other, so it’s not too hard to collect them all. However, you have to watch out for criers that will attack you while you gather them. Use guns to kill them before they get close to you.
