Area: The Anarchist Spy – Locate the anarchists

1	Ride to the starting point.
2	Inspect the corpse inside the hut.

Area: The Anarchist Spy – Knock the anarchist off his bike

3	Immediately hop on your bike to chase the anarchist.
4	Pop the anarchist’s tire to down him.

Area: The Anarchist Spy – Restrain the anarchist

4	Watch the cutscene to complete the mission.

Strategy

Topple the anarchist

Aim your gun at the anarchist’s bike, wait for the crosshair to become very small, and then fire. He will try to escape by speeding up, so catch up by using nitrous. Continue shooting his tire until he falls over.
