What is the Eggshell Exchange
The Egg Clearing Exchange House is a shop where you can trade-in items called Eggshells. This can be obtained by doing Deep Forest Investigation challenges.
How to Obtain Eggshells
Eggshells are drops that can be obtained after clearing a Battle Quest in the Forest of Mystery. To start a Battle Quest, you need to spend an Exploration Ticket.
Stocks Reset
Stock of certain items in the Egg Clearing Exchange House are regularly replenished, allowing you to farm them by exchanging Eggshells.

Hydraskin Vest is a rare SS rank main armor which offers resistance against blunt, pierce, heat, cold, and poison. This makes it extremely useful in a variety of quests.
Twisted Hydra Helm

Twisted Hydra is currently the only SS rank secondary armor in the game. It boasts impressive resistance against blunt, heat, and cold, making it nearly as versatile as Hydra Leather. The helm also grants a nice +2 boost in strength and intelligence, making it even more useful.

These style pieces are only a priority if you have either SS Albert or SS Katarina. Otherwise, there are other items that might be more useful for you to trade for.
Beast’s Mail

The Beast’s Mail has high resistance to blunt and pierce. It can also be upgraded three times, giving it slash resistance that outmatches most A rank equipment. The armor also gives a boost of +1 in dexterity.
Mobile Armor

The Mobile Armor offers high slash and blunt resistance which few other armor have. It can also be upgraded three times. This allows it to surpass most A rank equipment and even Hydraskin Vest in terms of slash damage reduction.
Stardust Robe

The Stardust Robe boasts a variety of resistances against different types of damage but is noted for having very good thunder protection. It is an attractive piece of armor for mages, granting +4 in intelligence. The robe also gives a nice +2 in agility but a -2 in strength.
Fluffy Hood

The Fluffy Hood is an S rank secondary armor that grants resistance against blunt and cold while giving +2 strength and +1 dexterity. Consider getting it when you can afford the cost and if you have any room.
Samurai Gloves

The Samurai Gloves grant excellent slash resistance as S rank secondary armor. It also offers a nice +3 boost in strength.

The Heat Resistant Gloves have high slash and heat resistance while also granting a +1 in dexterity and intelligence. It is a good alternative to the Samurai Gloves and suits mages very well.

For boosting blunt resistance, the Feather Greaves is a good option for secondary S rank armor. The nice +1 dexterity and +1 agility are welcome bonuses as well.
Reinforced Garb

The S rank armor Reinforced Garb gives excellent resistance against light and shadow attacks. It also grants good resistance to poison while offering +2 in spirit. Reinforced Garb is not as prioritized as the other pieces of armor mentioned above, owing to the few instances where you will need good light and shadow resistance during the early-game quests.
Black Helm

The Black Helm gives high resistance to blunt, darkness, and grants +3 strength, making it somewhat inferior to the Fluffy Hood. Decide whether you need the extra point in strength when trading for the Black Helm instead of the Fluffy Hood at the exchange house.

It is suggested to acquire silver pieces after you have traded for the more useful items mentioned above. This item is used for upgrading S rank characters which you may do so later.
Ruins Key

The Ruins Key also ranks low on the list of priority items for exchange as it only allows you access to the ruins for 20 minutes. This content should only be done after you have equipped your characters with better armor found in the exchange house.
