What is Minior?
Minior is one of the latest Pokemon, appearing in the previous Sun and Moon. Minior is a special Pokemon that changes form when low HP.
Meeting in the wild, you’ll see it as Metheno, but it might become Core Form Metheno if you deal too much damage.
Starting out, its defense power is very high, but when it changes form it also increases the attack power.
Where do you find Minior?
Minior appears in grassy portions of Mount Hokulani. However, because the probability of of its appearance varies depending on the location. If you want to get Minior, you can proceed along the road in front of the Pokemon center on Mt. Hokulani and look for it in the grass on the right side of the road.
Normally, you can weaken a Pokemon to capture it with a Pokeball. However, Minior will use the Shields down technique. If you reduce its HP it will often self-destruct. So if you want to capture Metheno, you should use a Ghost-type.
Furthermore, if you show Metheno to a man in a boutique in Malie City on Ula’Ula Island, you can get 10,000 yen.
