Poke Pelago
Pokemon from the PC can visit the Poke Pelago anytime they wish and can even play and relax.
It consists of a group of five uninhabited islands with each island being unique to the other.
You can get a lot of items in the Poke Pelago that includes different colors of shards, evolutionary stones as well as rare items like a Big Nugget, a Comet Shard, and even a Gold Bottle Cap.
